Giga Solution Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR Committee) which is responsible of CSR development and promotion. For the implementation corresponding to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, there are Labor and Human Right Group, Health and Safety Group, Environment Protection Group, and Business Ethics Group under CSR committee.

CSR Committee shall at all times monitor the development of domestic and international corporate social responsibility framework and the change of business environment.  CSR Committee shall periodically report to President Office and also propose to improve established corporate social responsibility framework, if required, to obtain better results from the implementation of the corporate social responsibility policy.  Giga solution is exercising of labor and human right, health and safety, business ethics, fostering of a sustainable environment, engaging to social attention, committing to stakeholders, and preservation of public welfare.

Ethical corporate management

The Company has established the ”Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles,” through which to create an ethical corporate culture, ensure a sound corporate development, and regulate the Company's ethical management principles, procedures, and practices. To achieve sound ethical corporate management, the President Office is responsible for establishing and supervising the implementation of the ethical corporate management policies and prevention programs, and reports to the Board of Directors regularly.
The Company provides business integrity training to new employees on their first day of work and holds regular integrity management training and promotion every year. We also require our employees to adhere to relevant regulations.
Before being qualified as a vendor of the Company, the Company conducts various types of evaluations on their ethical conduct and requires our cooperating vendors to sign the ”Partner Company Social Responsibilities Cooperation Declaration” after confirming to cooperate with them. Thus, both parties are ensured to engage in fair and transparent transactions and compliance with the Company's ethics-related regulations.

Corporate Governance

Giga Solution advocates and acts upon the principles of decent management and operational transparency to achieve better performance while balancing stakeholder’s benefits.  We believe that the basis for successful corporate governance is a sound and effective Board of Directors.

Giga Solution has established the “Rules and Procedures of Board of Directors Meetings” to govern the operation and process of the Board of Directors.

Environmental Safety and Sanitary Management Statements

“Prevent Contaminations and Improve Continuously” is the sole principle held by this company while we perform our duties as a global citizen in executing all types of environment management tasks in order to reduce the impact of product manufacturing on the environment. In 2011, the international environmental management was inducted and ISO14001 Environmental Safety System Certification was received in the same year. Through continuous improvement efforts, the environmental achievements extended further onto the next level rooted from production activities combined with pollution prevention effects, aiming towards source management on the material end in order to prohibit or limit the use of environmental hazardous materials in production.

Social Participation​ 

Giga-Solution holds management philosophy of sustainable operation and development and making contribution to the society. Recent year we show care for minority groups and encourage staff to participate in different kind of charitable events such as receipts donation and money donation.

lTaiwan Fund for Children and Families​ ​in Hsinchu ​City - Donation of funds and  materials

Giga-Solution has long developed​ ​in Hsinchu Science Park. Every year our staff collect materials and funds to donate to ​​Taiwan Fund for Children and Families​ ​in Hsinchu City​. It not only help children in Taiwan Fund for Children and Families​ but also help our staff develop concept of cherishing and making best use of materials.
