Giga Solution is a professional OSAT provide wafer probing, sigulated wafer probing, thin wafer probing, package test and system level test. GS also integrates reliability test into production test including Soak On-Going Reliability Test and Internal Reflow Quality Assurance Test. To improve test data traceability, we can scan package 2DiD/OCR code into test raw data while test and reel report while T&R. We also provides lead scan, AOI, T&R, reflow, baking and drop ship service.
