RFID 射頻認証積體電路測試系統開發
RFID 應用：
1. 物流業：所有支援層面的設計和整合，用來幫助物流業快速精確的送達物品和並監控整個物流行程。
2. 軍方：聯合軍力成立分析維持及運輸，採用安全、主動RFID，協助傳送即時的後勤及人員計畫編制資訊。國防之機房、油庫、環境安全監控設施、倉儲監視系統等皆可應用。(美伊戰爭軍方物資利用RFID全面性控管)

UWB(超寬頻)積體電路測試系統開發
可運用之國防上說明:建立快速.精準的晶片測試技術, 協助國內IC設計及系統業者自製完成UWB軍事通迅設備,如各種軍事雷達.隱密雷達.照地雷達和影像雷達及用於軍事物資管理的主動式,在未來國防通訊上,有助於技術方面更進一步發展。

- 經濟部業界科專核准補助：(92-EC-17-A-01-I1-0006)無線積體電路應用之0.13um RFCMOS設計平台及智權開發計劃。
- 新竹科學工業園區創新技術研究發展計劃獎助：(660)毫米波積體電路特性分析及驗證系統設備開發。
